SAYIT Travel in conjunction with it’s international partner - InterExchange offers both the International Practical Training Programme and the International Student Internship Programme. 

Our US co-operator InterExchange is a private, non-profit organisation with over 30 years experience in international, educational and cultural exchanges.  They have been authorised by the US Government to sponsor both of these J-1 programmes, which allow participants to enter the US and work legally under the J-1 visa category for a pre-determined period of time.

J-1 Visa sponsorship is a challenging and rewarding experience offering college and university students, graduates and young professionals the opportunity to intern for up to 12 months and train for up to 18 months in the US. There are a variety of eligible fields and it is an excellent way for you to put everything you have learned in college or otherwise to use!  You get to experience first hand what it is to be part of an American company while learning about your chosen career.

If you have previously participated on the J1 Summer Work and Travel Programme the good news is that you are eligible to apply for the International Training Programme or the Internship Programme. Both programmes have an open enrolment policy throughout the year and applicants may apply for a 1-12 month Internship Programme or a 1-18 month Training Programme.
